The Fatterside had dinner at Spiral last Wednesday. I didn’t go. I was out with friends.
But I couldn’t stop thinking about the chocolate chip cookies. They are my favorite at Spiral, especially when fresh out of the oven.
During dinner, I pretended I was replying to some urgent message on my phone and sent this SMS to my mom: Ma, don’t forget uwi mo ako ng cookies ha!
(YES!!! Beware, hotel buffets! We are a family of cookie thieves!!!)
So this was what greeted me when I got home:
Chocolate chip cookies from Spiral. Excellent when fresh out of the oven.
Just okay when cold and broken into pieces, and eaten off a crumpled tissue.
She also got me a bonus bag of jellybeans
What can I say?
