Shin Yeh 欣葉台菜, Revisited ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

 

It is no secret that Shin Yeh is my favorite Taiwanese restaurant in all the world. See my more detailed post here.

Sweet Potato Congee, not rice, is the way to go. Dump all the soft, crunchy, saucy, bouncy
delicious things into it. And mix.

I didn't get the name but this was an incredibly tasty pot of vegetable soup!

 

 

No need to order desserts at Shin Yeh, because the complimentary ones are always very good!
