Our meal at Premio finished early. That is what happens when you eat out with a bunch of grandmas like us who start dinner at 6:30. (See Premio post here.)
So we went to grab a drink before heading home. After all, there was enough time before our golden carriage turned into pumpkin.
Niner Ichi Nana is a craft cocktail bar where drinks are fun and creative. It's really my kind of
place because I don't like my alcohol straight. I prefer it mixed with something, preferably
creamy and chocolatey something.
On the bar were interesting things like ribbons, wooden clips, and Johnson's baby secret powder!
I was shy to tell Erwan I wanted something chocolatey, like maybe a really nice spiked
milo dinosaur. Lol. So instead I requested for something sweet and creamy.
And he served me this smile.
Har har har. Joke! :P
He served me this drink called Wood Pick.
Bourbon, frangelico, lemon juice, fresh strawberries, egg white.
It was sweet and creamy like I requested. The smile wasn't too shabby either.

Daily infusion of popcorn, butterscotch, whisky
Old Fashioned - bourbon, angostura bitters, simple syrup. Look at the perfect ball of ice!
Hanging Tree - bourbon, mango, apricot brandy, lime, egg white, syrup

Grogged Out - rum, tamarind, lime, grapefruit, honey syrup, orgeat
Mangosteen Fizz - gin, mangosteen, lemon juice, pear liquer, egg white, soda

Achi Donna (dead serious): Eh kasi sabi nya masarap ulam mo, eh hindi naman ulam yan.
Us (extremely amused): Si Erwan kasi yan.
Achi Donna (getting frustrated): OO NGA but hindi ba nya nakita nasa BAR si Erwan gumagawa ng DRINKS, hindi naman ulam! Eng eng talaga!
Us (cocktails coming out of our noses): BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
