Cafe France Parmesan Coated Baked Dory

I was in the Manila area looking for a place to lunch and these two words caught my eye.

Parmesan and Wifi.

(3G sucks.)

I am a sucker for complete meals on a plate or bowl, just like how Mom serves it in our home.

Can I just say my Parmesan Crusted Baked Dory looked exactly like in the poster.
I am a victim of way too many false marketing here and abroad so this was such a treat.
My salad even had slices of fruits in it. Respect for Cafe France!

The fish was melt-in-your-mouth and absorbed all the flavors of parmesan, herbs, and mayo.
The butter streusel on top gave it a nice crunch that added to its scrumptiousness.

Was gonna get pistachio eclairs for dessert, but I spied this English Fruitcake in the chiller.
Looks like Santa Claus has arrived at Cafe France! :)

I decided on the Food for the Gods Fruitcake, because, well, if it's good for God, it's good for me.
Lol! :P

It had walnuts, pecans, prunes, dates and even slices of dried mango. Moist and not too sweet.
Mrs. Claus would approve!
