First, you nibble on the skin and inhale the porky steam
Then you bite off a chunk of that perfectly thin skin and drink up every last drop of the tasty juices
Now it's time to attack the glorious ball of meat. I use only my mouth and hands for the
ultimate experience. Incredibly good, insanely cheap!
We had dumplings and nothing else.
I suggest you do the same.
Best comfort food in Shanghai.
