jin loves to eat at home, May 2-8, 2011


I don’t care if it’s 7pm and you’re having dinner with your family.

I am gonna talk about my constipation.

It is VERY severe.

Do you know that I can go on 5 consecutive days without feces expulsion?

And you know how much I can eat in 5 days, RIGHT?

It is so frustrating. I don’t know what to do.

I eat enough fruits and vegetables to feed an army.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Papaya, apple, guava, pomelo, dragon fruit

Boiled chayote, boiled asparagus with shrimps, beef adobo

Dragon fruit, guava, pear, kiwi, melon, pomelo


May 4, 7:54am

Green tea croissant, red bean bread

Cheesy mushroom lasagna


May 4, 5:26pm

Steamed choi sum, steamed okra, braised fish with ginger

Avocado, kiwi, dragon fruit, apple, guava, pomelo, mini mangoes


May 5, 1:15pm

Steamed Chinese pechay, braised fish, ground pork with potato and carrots, bangus belly

Papaya, kiwi, melon, mango, guava, pear


May 6, 12:12pm

Native chicken and pork spareribs soup with ugat-ugat, mushroom balls and pechay

Pear, apple, kiwi, melon, mango, avocado, banana

Fresh grape juice

Stir-fried broccoli, stir-fried spinach, steamed fish with red and green pepper


May 8, 12:41pm

Boiled baby choi sum, stir-fried pork with onions, green and yellow peppers

Kiwi, melon, apple, mango, pear, dragon fruit


And PLEASE do not tell me it’s because I don’t exercise.
