And Frances is at it again, planning all-out surprise dinners for family occasions. And this occasion is a very special one because it is her mom and dad’s wedding anniversary.

I have always loved restaurants by Margarita Fores. Lusso and Cibo are my favorite mall eats. So it is really no surprise how brilliant dinner is. Save for the chicken which is just a bit dry (but still very tasty), each course deserves a standing ovation.
