The shopping center at the Concorde Hotel is a bit dodgy, littered with tiny shops offering facials and massages. And that, I think, is the entrance to a KTV, you know, the sleazy, family-destroying kind, where a group of heavily made-up and scantily clad ladies in uniform blue dresses gather together, flashing their most seductive smiles at every male being who cares to look their way. It is a meat market in here.
So I’ve come to the right place.
I scan through the delicious lineup of temptations and can almost taste what my eyes can see. I want one that feels very soft against my lips, one that meets me with the least resistance and just melts into my mouth’s warm embrace.
I want the fattest and fairest of them all.
Wagyu Assortment – check out the almost white pieces with some of the most beautiful marbling I have ever seen. That’s my favorite. The other cuts, although good, just pale in comparison.
Wagyu Stick Karubi – very flavorful but takes a bit of effort to chew
Belly Tender Prime – belly tender! Hihihi!
BBQ Rice Ball – quite enjoyable
