After a filling lunch at Paradise Dynasty, Sherelle and I burn off the xiao long bao calories by walking to our next destination – The Marmalade Pantry, a short escalator ride away.
Oh, and did I mention we are here for desserts? More calories to walk off later. Ugh.

I order a toffee pudding, Sherelle orders carrot cake, and then we share our goodies like sisters do.
Sticky Date & Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream – one spoonful and I understand why this is a bestseller. So warm, so moist, and not too sweet. This is absolutely delicious.
The Marmalade Carrot Cake – I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had, but I tell you,
it is right up there
The only miss is this Mocha, which is so weak it tastes more like coffee-flavored milk
