Bohol Bee Farm ♥ ♥ ♥

A trip to Bohol is not complete without a trip to Bohol Bee Farm.

 

That’s our tour guide explaining to us about the birds and the bees. Ooops!
I mean just the bees, which I don’t think you’re interested to hear more about.

 

Of course, everyone gets a close-up with the main event. That’s me!

There are also other interesting things to see in the bee farm.

Like this herb called “Farsly” (oh, you mean Parsley! Toink!)

 

And a few thousand earthworms with their nutrient rich “castings”

 

Yum.

Now we’re ready for lunch.

 

Organic Garden Salad – this is not only beautiful, it is edible, too! And no need to worry, it doesn’t taste like Eau de Parfum.

 

Camote Bread, Squash Muffins and Homemade Spreads – love the squash muffins! I buy a box to bring home to Manila.

 

Cab-cab wit Pesto and Green Tomato – healthy alternative to potato chips

 

Seafood Soup

 

Organic Red Rice with Camote – sorry, when on vacation, Jin’s stomach has no room for healthy organic foods

 

Grilled Marlin, Honey Glazed Chicken, Baked Spareribs –
home-cooked goodness

 

Seafood Lasagna with Carabao Cheese – can’t hate anything with carabao cheese

 

Homemade Mango and Coconut Ice Cream – marvelous! Tastes like frozen fruits in heavy cream.

FYI, aside from good food and the Bohol Sea view, BBF has accommodations, too.
