I don't usually wake up very early during the weekends. Okay, I am lying.
I sleep in until really, REALLY late every Saturday and Sunday, like around 11am or say 2pm.
But I would always make an exception for children's party. I mean how often do you get
to eat children's party food? I love my meatballs, spaghetti, and chicken nuggets.
Oooh, especially chicken nuggets dipped in honey mustard sauce! Drools.
So I woke up early one Saturday to make it in time for Seji's Lego-themed birthday party.
(This IS Lego, right? I am totally clueless when it comes to kids stuff! Lol!)
Seji's Happy Birthday Cake
Little guests played with giant lego blocks that reminded me of flavored KitKats from Japan.
I saw green tea, sakura, strawberry cheesecake, red bean, hojicha, and creme brûlée.
This is Jet, Seji's older brother, having so much fun
I also had my own little fun… with the buffet!
Breads, salads, sandwiches
And what joy to see my favorite Caviar Pie from VB Kitchen!
With Kaye Yao, the creator of the pure indulgence above.

The Lechon Guards :P
My most-loved caramel cake from Costa Brava. I always fight to get the corners of the cake.
The more icing, the merrier!
Guests also enjoyed milk tea with pearls from Saint's Alp Teahouse.
Look at the highly contagious smiles on these ladies' faces. Hi Val! Hi Sofia! :)

I think the real kids in this party are his parents! :P
