798 Art District is one of my favorite places in Beijing. I can spend the whole day just walking around the industrial chic warehouse-type buildings and sipping mochas inside the many coffee shops in the compound.
It is a must-visit for all the art lovers and not-so-art-lovers traveling to the city.
If you are geographically challenged like I am, it is very easy to get lost. Even with the map
and sufficient Mandarin skills I still couldn't find my way around! Lol!

The most amusing thing we saw that day was this life-size toilet sign

OHMYGODDD The guy who I asked to take our picture almost dropped my camera laughing
and laughing! His girlfriend ended up taking the photo because he couldn't stop shaking
from laughter. It was too hilarious!!!
