Some days we stay in Draft all day. We have early dinner there, catch a movie, and come back again for dessert.
Obviously, we love Rockwell and we love the food in Draft. (And Ton, my cousin-in-law, loves the beers.)
My all-time favorites are the Angry Drunk Mussels, Beef Pappardelle, Bleu Cheese Salad, Bleu Cheeseburger, and Sticky Date Pudding. See my previous Draft post here.
Angry Drunk Mussels - steamed with Hoegaarden beer, bacon, chili, onions and fresh parsley
Ham, Chicken and Cheddar Croquettes
Salmon, Shrimp and Parmesan Quiche
Pappardelle with classic beef ragout bolognese and parmesan shavings
Pulled Pork Sandwich - Stella Artois-marinated, slow barbecued pulled pork with frites and coleslaw
The only dish I probably wouldn't order again is the Chicken Pie
It was 10% mashed peas, 20% chicken, and 70% potato.
Belgian Waffles with caramelized bananas, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
Red Velvet Pancakes with white chocolate sauce and whipped cream cheese
And my favorite, Sticky Date and Toffee Pudding swimming in butterscotch sauce
and topped with vanilla ice cream! Heaven!!!
