Actually, it is a GREAT idea! Who said quick lunches need to taste like trans fats?
My Steak Sandwich had very tender, meaty and thick strips of beef fillet
in it, plus creamy avocado, pickles, bacon, and homemade bearnaise.
It was like having a steak dinner on the go, where your eat four pieces
of bread from the basket, your salad and main course all at once.
Yes, it was huge and I finished it.
As if I did not consume enough carbs already, I also had a Ham and Cheese Croissant for dessert.
Actually, what I REALLY wanted was my favorite Almond Croissant, but they ran out and this was
the next best thing. They say in France, where Joel originated, cheese is dessert. So this
was my dessert. Lol.
A piece of chocolate-covered almonds was my bribe for not messing with the six little cakes
I was bringing home for dinner. It was not worth the pain.
