I love bringing Hutong virgins to the Aqua group's Chinese restaurant.
Just look at the interiors. It never fails to bring awe and amazement to people's faces.
The harbor view ain't bad, too!
Ask for a table by the window. Warning: It can get very romantic. ♥
You must order my 3 favorites. These are no-fail dishes that I have EVERY time I come to Hutong.

1. Crispy Deboned Lamb Ribs
The skin is so crispy and the meat so tender and gamey. I can finish a serving all by myself.
2. Crispy Soft Shell Crabs with Sze Chuan Peppers
See those redness? This is waaaaaayyyyy hotter than your date so don't order if you can't
take the heat!
3. Spicy Ground Meat with String Beans
Because vegetables are good for you.
You can skip this plate of Minced Pork and Fennel Seed Dumplings. The skin's too thick.
