Laksa Night at Enderun’s Restaurant 101 ♥ ♥

Auntie Babyruth tells me Chef See is said to make the best laksa in Manila.

What she forgets to tell me is that Chef See is also the cutest chef in Manila.

Chef See’s Laksa
Soft egg noodles swimming amongst succulent pieces of shrimps, bouncy fish balls,
tasty sausages and fresh bean sprouts in a pool of hot and creamy curry broth tinged
with a hint of chili here and a hint of shrimp paste there

Cassava Cake with white raisins and chunky coconut strips. Yum.

homemade Santol Jam for us to try

It is a fun evening filled with good food, great company and lots of interesting stories.
