Hot and Sour Soup 酸辣湯 – Tastes like something you can get almost anywhere. Nothing extraordinary.
Curry Beef Brisket 咖哩牛腩 – Totally forgettable. I’m a mess in the kitchen but I am confident I can do a better version than this.
Sesame Chicken 麻油雞 – Nutty and peppery. This is just alright.
Beef Pie 牛肉餅 – Now these beef pies are something else. The skin is thin enough and lacks any gumminess, and the meat filling so fresh each bite floods our mouths with its glorious and briny juices.

We order another serving before we leave, because one beef pie each grandma is never enough.
