Jumping Off the Macau Tower ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

DSC02294
Very true.
And so, in 2009, I decided I am jumping off!

IMG 6886
I changed into the Hackett jumpsuit and let them marker-pen my weight on my skin
to make sure proper adjustments are made and straps will hold.
That's me proudly showing off my 70 kilos. :P

IMG 6890
THIS IS IT!!!

Then I jumped.

It took a very, very, very looooooong while, but I did it.

The world's tallest dive at 233 meters above ground.

I felt like dying, crying, laughing, peeing.

It was unbelievably awesome, like nothing I had ever experienced in my life before.

BUT...
I hated my video because it took me forever.

AND SO...
I went back up and jumped a second time.

Vanity.

IMG 6901
Check out my weight. I lost 1 kilo after the jump!
(Or was it the jumpsuit?)

Here's the video of my second try.
I thought I would be braver, but still I chickened out a little bit.

Next time I'll do it backwards naman.

But I kinda expected that.

Oh well. Better luck to me next time.

The Galaxy Macau

Every casino must have its own savvy.

While The Wynn has its 24k golden tree and the meanest-looking 28-ft dragon, and City of Dreams has its voluptuous mermaids and… you guessed it… dragons (again!), the newest addition to Macau's casino scene, The Galaxy Macau, also delivers its very own show.

The fountain changes lights...

The City of Dreams complex does not only have The Crown, The Hard Rock and The Grand Hyatt hotels.

It's got mermaids, dragons, creatures of the sea, and Chairman Mao's jacket, too.

The Chinese Zodiac ceiling dome at The Wynn

Every 30 minutes it opens up and gives birth to a giant chandelier.

Simultaneously the floor dome opens up to reveal THE Tree.

At 38 feet tall, 60 limbs, 2,000 branches and 98,000 leaves all made of gold and brass and decorated with gold flakes, gold leaf, glitter and all that jazz, the Tree of Prosperity shouts fortune and pro$perou$ne$$$$$$$$$$$.

It also changes colors to reflect the four seasons.

The Dragon!

The Dragon of Fortune.

It goes round and round with glaring red eyes and billows and billows of smoke coming out of its nostrils.

The House of Dancing Water ♥ ♥ ♥

The setting is sensational.
The stage turns into water, then into ground, then into water, then into ground.
The cast gets wet, then dry, then wet, then dry.
I love all the drama.
